ABOUT
I help governments, cities, organizations, creative entrepreneurs, and cultural institutions build stronger, more innovative, and sustainable creative economy ecosystems.
For more than 20 years, I have worked internationally at the intersection of the creative economy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and cultural development. My work focuses on turning ideas, heritage assets, and creative potential into practical programs, policies, and investment opportunities that generate social, cultural, and economic valueS.
Since 2005, I have advised organizations such as UNESCO, the World Bank, UNDP, the Council of Europe, and the British Council on creative economy development, cultural statistics, entrepreneurship, and policy innovation. My expertise combines research, strategic planning, program design, and implementation, enabling organizations to move from vision to measurable results. Currently, I serve as Consultant and Head of Research and Development at the Institute for Creative Entrepreneurship and Innovation, where I lead projects focused on creative entrepreneurship, local economic development, innovation, and the revitalization of traditional crafts. As CEO of Creative Glass Serbia, I work on transforming glass heritage into a contemporary platform for innovation, entrepreneurship, immersive experiences, and sustainable development.
My approach combines evidence-based research, strategic thinking, and practical implementation. I work with stakeholders across government, academia, civil society, and the private sector to design solutions that are innovative, financially sustainable, and capable of creating long-term impact.
